俄烏衝突第8天，俄軍攻下烏克蘭南部港口城市赫爾松，同時加大對其他主要城市的攻擊力道。CNN根據烏克蘭國家緊急服務處（SESU）消息報導，烏國北部城市車尼哥夫（Chernihiv）一座儲油庫3日在俄軍空襲下遭到砲擊，SESU公開的照片可見現場滿是濃濃黑煙，直竄空中。
社群媒體上瘋傳的影片中，砲擊引發熊熊大火及陣陣濃煙，消防人員已經趕往現場灌救，畫面相當驚人。另一段影片中則可見，人在遠處的民眾也拍下不斷竄出的黑煙，目前不清楚這起攻擊是否造成傷亡。
