將大蒜和生薑去皮切成薄片,連同1湯匙橄欖油放入大型不沾煎鍋,開中火炒至金黃酥香即盛出,暫置一旁備用。
將蘆筍平放排列整齊,切除粗糙的尾端,加入鍋中用爆香的橄欖油拌炒。以海鹽和黑胡椒粉幫牛排調味,放在蘆筍旁邊,轉成大火煎3分鐘,這期間要不時幫牛排和蘆筍翻面。
在鍋中加入豆豉和1湯匙紅酒醋,再炒1分鐘。煎好的牛排將會是三分熟(mediumrare),你也可以煎至喜歡的熟度。
將牛排切片,連同蘆筍一起盛盤,撒上香酥的蒜片和薑片即可上菜。
